PTTG Services

PTTG is a company dedicated to making DIY condo or apartment painting as easy as possible.    Simply ordering the PTTG kits takes care of ALL of the miscellaneous shopping and driving back and forth to the hardware store, leaving you to simply choose your colours, do the prep and paint.  When you're done, re-box the tools and we pick everything up.

Paint Tools To Go kits are delivered as a full set of professional quality paint tools and a kit of consumables.   

Costs are a daily rental for the kit (minimum 2 days) and charge for any items used from the consumables kit.

Rates
PTTG toolkits are charged for time out, whether or not used. Prices are quoted on a daily charge. If you would like to extend a kit rental, please call asap. PTTG consumables kits are meant to avoid the time and expense of more trips to the hardware store. Each item used from the consumables kit will be charged against the deposit on the credit card on file. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Reservation and deposit
We recommend reservations on party supplies as far in advance as possible. Without a reservation we cannot guarantee availability. Please make any necessary changes to orders 48 hours prior to delivery or customer pickup. Credit cards are required to be held on file for all bookings. Deposits are required on PTTG kits by major credit card. The amount held on deposit is equal to the full replacement cost of the PTTG took kit and consumables kit. Upon return of the kits, the rental and purchase from the consumables kit will be deducted from the deposit and the remainder returned to the credit card on file.


Delivery and pickup
No charge delivery and pickup is to the concierge desk of condo buildings in the PTTG business area. Our staff does not enter homes, due to insurance reasons, to set up or take down equipment. If the renter does not have a concierge desk, a $35 charge is due for both delivery and pickup. All tools are to be reboxed in the containers in which the products arrived in and should be stacked in one area, ready for pickup. Equipment that is not prepared and ready for pick up will be subject to additional charges.  

Cleaning
All items rented will be cleaned and ready for your use. Please wipe down all tools as best possible. Brushes are to be returned soaking wet in tap water (ideally with a bit of detergent) in a zip lock bag. The brush will then be easy for us to clean. Additional charges will be added for tools that are abused by letting excessive paint dry on them. Damage to tools (such as physical damage or excess dried paint) will be charged to the customer according to replacement cost.

Loss and Damage
Customers are responsible for all rental equipment from the time received to the time they are returned to us. Secure all items when not in use. Missing or broken items will be charged accordingly. Items returned bent or broken or unusable due to excessive dried paint are considered broken, they will be returned to you and you will be charged replacement cost. If you find an item damaged or unusable upon receipt of order please contact us immediately so you will not be charged for it.
